As part of our special collaboration with our 2018 face of Daisy Jean the gorgeous Laila of the Desi Pinup. This gorgeous girl wanted to do a release celebrating her Pakistani and Desi background in a way that shared things she loved with all women!
Our I am Malala brooch is a very special piece. This piece is designed to raise funds for the Malala Fund, which is an organisation founded by the amazing Masala Yousafzai, the young middle Eastern woman who believed so much in being allowed an education, she stood up to the Taliban to defend that right. Her fund now helps empower other young women on their own paths in life. Available in a cream and dark brown skin tone.
We opted for a traditional book for this piece, as it felt fitting with Malala's message. $5au from each purchase of this brooch will be donated to the Malala Foundation. Designed in house, laser cut in Australia and hand made in-house at Daisy Jean HQ.
