COVID and Shipping
- Express post currently does not have a next day guarantee due to the high volumes of parcel traffic. While there is no guarantee it is still given priority over other mail
- Parcel tracking is also being delayed due to the volumes, so if tracking is slow to update please be patient
- Parcels are still being delivered by Australia Post but are taking longer than usual due to high volumes. These delays can vary from a matter of days to a week or two, depending on your location within the postal network (metro to regional). Please keep this in mind when purchasing from Daisy Jean
Daisy Jean are fortunate to have begun using DHL E-Commerce late last year, which has enabled us to continue to ship internationally at a time when Australia Post are moving a certain amount of their international postage back to sea freight.
Please be aware however, that due to large scale delays across the international flight network, there are delays in parcels being scanned and arriving through DHL E-Commerce. Certain countries are also currently closed to DHL E-Commerce and we continue to update our shipping regions so these areas do not show at checkout.
So what does this mean? We are still shipping, but the average parcel shipped internationally is currently taking a few weeks to arrive to New Zealand and upto a month or more to arrive to other places in the world.
During this difficult time worldwide, please be aware Daisy Jean cannot guarantee previous fast delivery times due to the world freight situation. However we continue to work with our customers and our freight options to get our goodies to you in the safest manner possible.
We thank you for your continued support during this insanely scary and crazy time.
The DHL Team.
