Daisy Jean does not accept returns apart from for faulty or inferior products. If you beleive you product is faulty, or the finished quailty is not up to standard, please send a photo of the issue to info@support.daisyjeandesigns.com. The support team will work with you to organise a refund or replacement.

Daisy Jean provides a quality warranty on all items it provides. This covers breakages in transit as well as the finished quality of each product.
